Answers to a few questions I’m often asked — about insurance, telehealth, and getting started.
Do you accept insurance?
I’m in-network with UMR Top Tier, the Mount Sinai faculty and staff plan. Otherwise, I am out of network with most insurance plans, and I provide a detailed invoice (a superbill) you can submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Can I use my out-of-network benefits?
Yes. Many plans with out-of-network benefits reimburse a portion of the fee; how much depends on your specific plan. I provide the superbill you’ll need to submit.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. Sessions are available in person on the Upper East Side and by telehealth across New York State, when clinically appropriate.
